September 8 - December 15, 2025
Katonah Village Library, 26 Bedford Rd, Katonah
Led by Warner Dick and Tom Pantaleoni
Open to All • Register with Katonah Library (optional).
The Monday book group will be reading a new book starting in September. We practice mindfulness meditation together for the first 20 minutes and discuss a chapter for the remainder of the hour. No prior experience with meditation is necessary – instruction is available. At the Library, we sit on comfortable chairs, rather than cushions on the floor.
Join us for a friendly exploration of inspiring topics, and experience the mutual support gained through in-person group meditation. Drop-ins welcome.
