Book Group at Katonah Library

Open to All. Drop-ins welcome. 

In the Monday book group, we will starting on a new book in May. We practice mindfulness meditation together for the first 20 minutes and discuss a chapter for the remainder of the hour. No prior experience with meditation is necessary – instruction is available, and we regularly discuss aspects of meditation practice, as well as how it relates to daily living. At the Library, we sit on comfortable chairs, rather than cushions on the floor.  

Join us for a friendly exploration of inspiring topics, and the mutual support gained through in-person group meditation. Drop-ins welcome.
