Please join us at the meditation gathering that works best for your schedule: Sunday Open House at 10 AM (schedule below), Tuesday evening Community Meditation at 7 PM, or Weekday Morning Meditation (online) 8 AM. Drop-ins welcome! We also have monthly discussion groups and meetings.

Cost: By donation (recommended $10 per meeting).*
Please join us on Sunday mornings for a community gathering involving meditation practice, discussion, and readings. We gather to meditate for two 20-minute sessions with a walk and/or stretch in between, then listen to an inspiring reading, and have a group discussion. This program is open to everyone. No registration is required. No experience is needed. Guidance on the technique of meditation is available to anyone interested or new to practice.
Our readings this spring will come from the anthology called A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation, from Shambhala Publications (2014).

Meditation instruction (for those that are brand new to meditation or need a refresher) is available, if needed.
Cost of attendance is by donation. Recommended donation is $10 per meeting
