Sunday October 20th Special Guest: Tavita Martinez

$10.00

Bowing to Chaos: Using Refuge as a Practice During Senseless Times.

Sunday October 20th, 10AM ET on Zoom

The United States is facing extreme circumstances from political polarization, racial and wealth divides, climate pain, coupled with unprecedented rates of mental health conditions that are challenging interpersonal relationships and the public interest. This session aims at finding a place of stillness within our practice that can aid with the uncertainty we are experiencing as a community. By taking a deep dive into the Buddhist practice of taking Refuge, the speaker aims to create dialogue that reminds us what our plight actually is — Self-Liberation as the stillness in the eye of the storm.

This program is open to all. Registration (including suggested $10) for the event is appreciated.

The Zoom Link is available on our Zoom Access Page, under "Sunday Open House / Guest Speaker"
