Supporting your Daily Meditation Practice

WMC’s Morning Meditation is an open invitation to simply sit with us. The program is designed to support those who want to connect with other meditators and receive support from our community in developing their meditation practice. There are no prerequisites, requirements, or sign-ups; this program is open to all. Drop-ins welcome.

The format consists of two 20-minute meditation sessions separated by 5 minutes of walking meditation or stretching between. A brief reading or guided meditation is usually included, presented by one of the WMC teachers, which sometimes sparks discussion. Meditation instruction is offered to those interested at the beginning of every session.
